We use soft washing only — a low-pressure method that applies a specially concentrated mix of sodium hypochlorite and surfactant that clings to the roof and kills the organisms causing the black discoloration and streaking. We also neutralize and dilute the high-concentration runoff from your gutter downspouts, so your vegetation stays healthy and undamaged.

We use the industry-standard soft wash chemistry: a low-percentage sodium hypochlorite solution mixed with a bleach-safe soap (surfactant). The sodium hypochlorite is the sanitizing agent — it kills algae, mold, and mildew at the root — while the soap helps the solution cling to the growth long enough to do its work.
