These terms cover your use of the High Tide Soft Wash website, our estimate request form, and our text message program. By using this site or agreeing to receive text messages from us, you accept these terms.

Our Services

High Tide Soft Wash provides exterior cleaning services, including house washing, roof washing, concrete and driveway cleaning, boat and RV washing, and gutter cleaning, in Brunswick and New Hanover Counties, North Carolina.

Estimates

Estimates given before an on-site visit are based on the information you provide and are not a fixed quote. Final pricing is confirmed after we see the property. Requesting an estimate places you under no obligation.

Scheduling and Weather

Exterior cleaning depends on weather. We may need to reschedule for rain, wind, or freezing temperatures, and we will contact you as early as we can when that happens.

Text Message Program

High Tide Soft Wash offers a text message program for customers who ask to receive one. Here is exactly how it works.

• How you join. You give us your phone number and your spoken agreement, either over the phone or in person while we are with you. We do not add anyone who has not asked to be added, and we never require you to accept texts in order to book work with us.
• What we send. Appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and messages about work we are doing for you. If you separately agree to receive promotional messages, we may also send occasional offers.
• How often. Message frequency varies and depends on your appointments.
• Cost. We do not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
• Stopping. Reply STOP to any message to be removed. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that.
• Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or call us at the number on this site.
• Your mobile information. We do not share or sell your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with any third party for their marketing purposes.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers. Delivery is supported on major US carriers, though availability can vary and is not guaranteed on every network.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is complete unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Invoices we send electronically are payable by the methods listed on the invoice.

Your Property

You confirm that you own the property or have permission to have it cleaned. Please tell us in advance about anything fragile, any damaged siding or roofing, and any plantings that need protecting, so we can work around them.

Limitation of Liability

We carry insurance and we take care with your property. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, or for damage caused by conditions we were not told about and could not reasonably have seen.
