Cherry Grove to Windy Hill: houses, roofs, docks & boats soft washed with care
North Myrtle Beach is really four old beach towns stitched together: Cherry Grove, Ocean Drive, Crescent Beach, Windy Hill, and the Cherry Grove end is threaded with tidal channels where half the houses have a dock and a boat behind them. That means salt air off the Atlantic on one side and brackish channel humidity on the other, working on the same house at the same time.

Controlled pressure for concrete, pavers, and equipment that can take it. Heat, sodium hypochlorite (what the trade calls SH), and surfactant for siding, roofs, and anything the salt air has grown mold on, where blasting would only scatter the problem and scar the surface. The right tool for every surface.
Salt from the ocean side and damp off the channels hit the same walls. Cleaned gently at controlled pressure, with growth killed at the root instead of driven behind the siding.
Coastal roofs streak black with algae within a couple of seasons. Treated gently so it dies and stays gone, shingles and granules left alone.
Channel-docked boats and jet skis wear salt film and waterline growth constantly. Hulls, decks, PWCs, pontoon rails, and trailers washed down gently, gel coat, canvas, and decals protected.

By the way, pressure washing and power washing are the same thing: high-pressure water, sometimes heated, and it is the right call for concrete, pavers, and equipment. Soft washing is the other tool on our rig: controlled pressure, heat, sodium hypochlorite, and surfactant, for surfaces where growth has taken hold and force would only spread it. We carry both and choose by the surface, not by habit.
